I've lived most of my life in Sonoma County and I'm a fifth generation Santa Rosan with deep ties to the beautiful area we get to call home. I'm certified as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and an RRCA Run Coach, and I constantly study to expand my knowledge of health and wellness, and to keep up on the latest findings. I'm committed to helping you to the best version of yourself.
